The pre-cleaned airflow then passes through a multi-stage filter system, which can be configured by the customer depending on the application: Whether a filter cassette for dust class M dusts or a high-performance HEPA H 14 filter with a separation efficiency \u0026gt; 99.995 % for particularly hazardous dusts. Even welding fumes can be effectively separated with the DUSTOMAT HYDRO. Different options are available to customers depending on the materials being processed and whether the system is to be operated in recirculation or exhaust air mode. The water and the separated dust can be easily discharged via a drain tap.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe new DUSTOMAT HYDRO wet filter systems are suitable as single and multi-station extraction systems for metallic dusts, in particular for grinding, brushing and polishing processes as well as welding. The separators are particularly quiet in operation and are available in two performance levels and as an ATEX version. Even the smallest particle fractions of ≥ 15 µm are safely bound in the water vortex chamber. ESTA thus raises the quality of pre-separation to a new level.
