The Combi is a one-piece system with Blade and Handle fixed together allowing Test in the Bag functionality testing prior to use.  It is based on a Conventional system with meLED™ (metal enclosed) LED on the blade powered by a 6V handle giving excellent light output where it is required.

The Proact Combi Metal Max Single Patient Use Laryngoscope and Handle provides a Premium System Disposable Metal Laryngoscope Blade in a full range of sizes from Macintosh 0 through to Macintosh 5, Miller 00 through to Miller 4, Lever Tip Macintosh 3 & 4 and unique to Proact the Cardiff-Pro 00, 0 and 1. Macintosh 3 & 4 are also available with a Stubby Handle as well as an Adult Handle.

The Mushroom Valve is specifically designed to prevent water flowing out of the reservoir whilst filling. Should a replacement Mushroom Valve be required, please follow the steps below – This will help prevent possible damage to the water inlet valve.

1. Remove the reservoir from the Propulse NG
2. Remove the old Mushroom Valve from the reservoir and discard
3. Insert a new Mushroom Valve into the reservoir
4. Return the reservoir to the machine

ProPulse® QrX tips are designed exclusively for use with the ProPulse® G5 and 2017 Model Ear Irrigators. The unique locking mechanism provides an easy fit onto the Quick Release Handle whilst securing the tip throughout the irrigation procedure.

To prevent cross-infection, a new tip should be used for each patient. The old tip should be disposed of in a clinical waste bin.
