A quick and fun hearing test for kids. The "CD-PILOT" sound test.
The CD-Pilot hearing test is a quick and fun test for children aged 2 and up. After a short training session, children play the Pilot game to earn their pilot's license. The game includes a speech recognition hearing test. Severe hearing damage is detected early.
Introductory text: "Hey, let's get our pilot's license together. Just listen carefully to the captain and point to the right picture."
This introduction is followed by a short training session: "Show me the sun" or "Where is the plane?" During the test, the difficulty gradually increases as the test level decreases from 70 dB to 25 dB. When the children stop showing the pictures, depending on the level, it is easy to determine whether the child has hearing loss.
If needed, you can use "CD-Pilot" to test children in different languages. Test CDs are available in the following languages: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, German, Turkish, Serbian, Croatian, and others. To switch between languages, simply change the CD, which takes just a few seconds.
After the listening test, children receive a "Pilot" sticker as a reward for their assistance.
