ESTA compact dust extractor DUSTOMAT DRY
Powerful, economical and quiet: The new compact dust extractors in the DUSTOMAT DRY series are suitable for almost all applications and effectively extract dust generated during the processing of metal and plastic. The modular housing concept enables customised configuration of the extraction system: depending on the application, the filter package can be equipped with separation efficiencies of up to 99.995 %. The system structure, e.g. the position of the suction nozzle, control cabinet and touch display, can also be flexibly adapted to the spatial conditions.
The DUSTOMAT DRY units are available in an ATEX-compliant version (on request) and will soon be available with an H or H3 test mark and are suitable as single and multi-station extraction units for the medium performance range with air volume flows of 2,000 to 3,500 cubic metres of air per hour.
Thanks to the optimised design in terms of air technology, the DUSTOMAT DRY dust extractors offer strong performance with higher energy efficiency. Thanks to the innovative filter cleaning system, compressed air consumption is reduced by up to 50 per cent compared to conventional filter cleaning systems. This saves additional operating costs and extends the service life of the filter media.
The extraction systems can also be operated in 100 per cent recirculation mode, which saves heating costs in winter. The housing of the DRY units is soundproofed and protects employees from additional noise emissions.
