DUSTOMAT P mobile dust extractors offer a wide range of applications for machines and manual workplaces. These mobile extraction devices are used for extracting fine dusts in the metal, wood, plastics and food industries, to name a few. If coarser dusts and shavings need to be extracted, the DUSTOMAT T series is the right choice. DUSTOMAT P dust extractors are suitable for direct exhaust on processing machines, or for connection to extraction hoods or exhaust arms. They are even effective on smaller pipe systems with several extraction points.

DUSTOMAT P mobile dust extractors are specially designed for extracting dry, free-flowing dusts. Their cartridge filters can be cleared automatically through jet pulse cleaning with compressed air. An impact separator integrated into the filter housing sorts out coarser particles ahead of time to assure uniform flow in filter elements. This preserves the filter material downstream and ensures longer filter life. The clear, simple design of the control elements makes them very user-friendly. The patented tiltable top of the device allows free access to the filter chamber and to the removable collection container. This container can be taken to the disposal location, so that separated dirt can easily be discarded dust-free in the inserted collection bag.

The DUSTOMAT P series comes with test certificate H and is therefore excellent for extracting toxic dusts. For separating sawdust, the extractor can be delivered with an H3 test certificate. The ATEX version can also be used efficiently in explosion-prone areas (Zone 22).

The DUSTOMAT P series can optionally be delivered with test certificate H for extracting all toxic dusts. The mobile extraction devices can also be delivered with the H3 test certificate for separating sawdust, as well as with the GS symbol (German for "Safety Tested"). The dust extractors` ATEX versions are suitable for use in explosion-prone areas (Zone 22).
