ESTA Mobile Dust Extractors - DUSTOMAT T-5
DUSTOMAT T mobile dust extractors are especially for extracting coarse particles. (If finer dusts need to be extracted, the DUSTOMAT P series is the right choice.) The DUSTOMAT T series extracts coarse dust and chips to create a healthier work environment in many industries, including metal and wood processing. Whether for metal, wood, plastic or other dry materials, the mobile extraction devices have many uses at machines or manual workstations. They are suitable for direct extraction at processing machines, can be connected to hoods or extraction arms, and can even be used effectively on smaller pipe systems with multiple extraction points.
Low operating costs
The mobile dust extractors are equipped with robust bag filters that can be cleaned using an electrically vibrating motor. The impact separator integrated into the filter housing ensures uniform flow into the filter elements while separating larger particles ahead of time. This preserves the filter material downstream and ensures longer filter life. The device’s patented tiltable top allows free access to the filter chamber and to the collection container, which can be removed from the extractor. The separated contaminants can be brought to the disposal location and easily removed dust-free using the collection bag. To round out the DUSTOMAT T’s advantages, the clear, simple design of the controls makes them very user-friendly.
Certificated quality
Bearing the H3 test certificate, DUSTOMAT T series mobile extraction devices are ideal for extracting sawdust. Their ATEX versions can also be used in dust explosive zones

The DUSTOMAT T series can also be delivered with the H3 test certificate for separating sawdust, as well as with the GS symbol (German for "Safety Tested"). The dust extractors` ATEX versions are suitable for use in explosion-prone areas (Zone 22).
