ESTA Stationary Dust Extractors - MOBEX P-36
The MOBEX P series of compact dust extractors is for extracting dry and free-flowing dusts. The extractors can be used in nearly all industries for individual- or multi-user workstations. For one-person workstations, such as circular saws, grinding and milling machines or extraction tables, a direct hose connection is possible. A pipe system for a maximum of four extraction points turns the newly designed devices into a central extraction system for machines or manual workstations. The MOBEX series is based on an innovative housing concept with a patent-pending fold system. Its stable plastic sandwich panels make for low-noise operation.
This family of devices also includes the MOBEX F series of welding fume filters for extracting flue gases. Long Filter Life and New Disposal Concept
The MOBEX series is available in two different performance levels: Besides the version with a 3 kW motor and two filter cartridges, there is also a version with a 4 kW motor and three filter units for larger air masses. Always integrated is ESTA?s tried-and-tested pulse-jet system, which automatically cleans the filters with compressed air shots during operation. The separated dusts fall downward, as do coarser particles and chips, which are captured by the integrated impact separator as soon as they enter the dust extractor housing. This design not only optimizes airflow, but also contributes to longer filter life.
A new concept is employed for low-dust disposal of the collected material. This means that dusts can be removed easily through a retractable drawer that is equipped with two lockable 45-litre cardboard boxes for collection and disposal of waste.
Proven Quality
Optionally, MOBEX dust extractors are available in IFA-tested versions for extracting class H toxic dusts. In ATEX-compliant versions, the devices are suitable for use in ATEX Zone 22 explosion-prone areas.
