IKA MultiDrive is a universal mill and blender system for crushing, grinding and mixing hard, soft or fibrous samples. The same drive can be used with a range of interchangeable vessels for dry milling, wet blending and dispersing.
A high performance 1000 W motor with variable speed from 3000 to 20000 rpm delivers both coarse and fine grinding results. Interval mode, integrated cooling when used with suitable milling chambers, USB interface for documentation and a clear digital display make MultiDrive suitable for demanding laboratory and pilot-scale work.
Drive units are available as basic and control versions, and as complete packages supplied with dedicated grinding or blending vessels for specific applications.
IKA introduces the world‘s first disposable grinding system for safe, instant and precise milling results. Its unique and compact design makes the unit space saving and ultra-portable. The disposable grinding chamber eliminates the possibility of cross-contamination and saves you cleaning costs and time. Convenient and safe to use while assuring high safety and reproducibility to cover a broad range of applications. The ability to cool the sample with dry ice expands applications tremendously. During development of the mill, particular emphasis was placed on user safety.

| Regardless of whether samples are hard, soft or fibrous – the IKA MultiDrive crusher can perform a wide range of crushing tasks involving coarse and fine crushing, thanks to the variety of vessels available (vessels not included in delivery). With the MultiDrive basic it is possible to mix or grind. There is a USB interface available for easy actuation and documentation respectively. In combination with the milling chamber MI 250 MultiDrive basic replaces your M 20 mill. High performance Excellent crushing performance is guaranteed by a combination of variable rotational speeds, ranging from 3000 rpm to 20 000 rpm, and a 1000 Watt output. Interval operation The option of interval programming is simple to activate at the press of a button. Interval operation is an asset during the coarse crushing of hard samples or for extra thorough blending. Integrated cooling A cooling system is integrated in the milling cup, which allows indirect heat dissipation. Thus, coolant and sample remain separate. Variety of vessels (accessory) MultiDrive provides the right vessel for each grinding task. Vessels don't belong to the scope of delivery. Scope of delivery

Crushing without cross-contamination - this is possible with the MultiDrive control package including autoclavable disposable tubes BT 250 and the required TC 1 protective housing for dry samples. BT 250 is a disposable tube with a cross-shaped stainless steel beater and flow breakers. The plastic blending tube can be autoclaved. This effectively prevents cross-contamination even if it is used multiple times. An integrated RFID chip simultaneously stores and limits the lifespan of the blending tube. 5 spare seals are included in the scope of delivery. By replacing the seal, the service life of the blending tube can be extended. The disposable tube can only be operated with the TC 1 protective housing which is also included in the scope of delivery. TFT-display A clear TFT-display guarantees user-friendly operation. Temperature measurement MultiDrive control offers temperature measurement and vessel recognition using RFID. A temperature limit can be set for temperature-sensitive materials, or for specific planned reactions to protect against overheating. Weighing function The weighing function is also integrated into the user-friendly workflow of the IKA MultiDrive control. Weighing is performed before crushing using the same mixing cup, so that no transfer of contents is required. Scope of delivery

Q: Saves time
A: This reason might be the most obvious, but it’s a clear benefit of an FAQ page. Not only does the FAQ page save customers time, but it also saves employees time as well. Having an FAQ page ensures customers don’t have to sit on the phone for hours waiting for simple answers, and employees don’t have to individually answer all questions.
Q: Earns trust
A: Information is available at the click of a button, but as we all know, information is not always true. Because of this, customers are more skeptical than ever before. They hunt for products by sifting through reviews, looking at the product on multiple websites, and doing price checking across the internet.
Q: Provides new insights
A: It’s difficult to get into the head of a shopper. Some buy on impulse, and others buy after thorough research. By tracking the clicks on your FAQ page, you can gather insights about your product or service that you didn’t know before. You can then inform your product team of these insights. From there, the product team can make changes to improve the product or experience.
Q: Drives internal page views
A: If you want your FAQ to be extremely thorough, which it should be, you can link to resources within your FAQ for your customers to find out more information. Whether you link to a blog that goes into more detail or a product page, this content helps the shoppers get the full story before making a purchase.
A: Prevents negative reviews
A: When looking through negative reviews, there’s almost always one thing in common: the problem could’ve been avoided.
