As such, the PAD Trainer is easy to use, allowing the trainer the maximum time possible to focus on the learning needs of the group. The samaritan PAD Trainer is available in the SAM 350P, SAM 360P and SAM 500P models.
Simulates Full Range of “Real Life” Scenarios. The multi-function remote control enables instructors to select among six AHA/ERC scenarios for live demonstrations or training. One remote control can even operate multiple trainer units at a time (within a range of 10-15 feet/3-5 meters). The Trainer also is compatible with any CPR manikin system.
Realistic Training Demonstration and Superior Retention. Voice and visual prompts and CPR coaching match those of the HeartSine samaritan PAD defibrillator. Likewise, size and shape are the same; however, unique labeling and membrane color prevent inadvertent use in an actual emergency.
CPR Advisor. The samaritan PAD 500P Trainer includes CPR Advisor which uses an Impedance Cardiogram (ICG) to assess the effectiveness of the CPR and give the rescuer feedback on compressions based on actual cardiac output: “Push Harder,” “Push Faster,” “Push Slower” or reassurance that they are performing “Good Compressions.” (Available on Samaritan PAD 500P Trainer.)
Appropriate for All Skill Levels. The Trainer can be used by businesses to train employee first responders on the use of the HeartSine samaritan PAD. In addition, it meets the needs of professional trainers, either teaching first-time lay users or refreshing experienced emergency responders.

Pause Button. Temporarily stops, then resumes, the training scenario to enable the trainer to offer additional explanation and support to the class.

The AED Trainer 3 prepares emergency responders to use the basic functions of the HeartStart FR3. It simulates 8 ERC/AHA compatible training scenarios for a realistic training environment that includes shock delivery and CPR.
Voice prompts for clear, calm directions
Guidance is delivered through each step of the training scenario, with the same voice prompts as the FR3 AED. Like the FR3 AED, the AED Trainer 3 can be customized and updated. Configure the CPR metronome or choose default language as desired.

Eight preconfigured training scenarios simulate realistic episodes of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and help emergency responders become familiar with using the HeartStart FR3 AED.
Pre-connected pads help you train for a faster response
Training scenarios and speaker volume can be controlled via the up/down keys or remote control. Pause/resume feature allows the instructor to manage the learning experience and test students’ response to a variety of situations. *Available only on the HeartStart FR3 rigid system case.
For use with the ZOLL AED 3 training units, this device will create a realistic heart rhythm that is in cardiac arrest when connected and activated. This simulation will show how the defibrillator would respond to the scenario, instructing the first responder with both visual and audible prompts as if it was a real rescue.
Using a simulator provides learners with a realistic experience of how the defibrillator works and what type of prompts and instructions they can expect to be given in a true scenario. Trainees will also get a real feel for the other features on the defibrillator, such as where the electrode pads are located, how to change from adult to a child rescue and how the CPR feedback works. By providing this realistic training experience, trainees will be able to respond quickly in the future should they find themselves in a real cardiac emergency.
The ZOLL® AED Plus Trainer2 allows CPR and first aid instructors to have students experience what it’s like to save a life with the AED Plus. Choose from four different fixed rescue scenarios or have complete manual control of the entire rescue. A wireless remote controller enables the control of multiple AED PlusTrainer2s.
With this simple remote controller instructors can setup a rescue scenario and download to the AED PlusTrainer2 in seconds. The student pushes the on-off button on the Trainer2 unit to begin. The instructor then determines whether to shock on the next simulated heart analysis or not, whether the pads have been properly attached or not, and when the Trainer2 unit should say”PUSH HARDER” and “GOOD COMPRESSIONS.” A simple pause button lets the instructor stop the rescue altogether, confer with the student and then pick up exactly where the simulated rescue left off.
