Automatic Collimation provides motorized control of the X-ray field size, automatically adjusting to correspond with different Source-to-Image Distances (SIDs). It also includes a user-adjustable lamp timer with an on/off switch for added convenience, ensuring precise field alignment and efficient operation.
Automatic Positioning is a feature of the DIAMOND system, a fully-automatic diagnostic solution. It includes motorized movements and pre-programmed data for effortless automatic positioning, which can be easily reprogrammed by the operator to suit specific needs. This ensures precision, efficiency, and adaptability in various imaging procedures.
Automatic Stitching in the DIAMOND system uses source tilting to seamlessly combine multiple images into one long composite image. This advanced feature simplifies the process of capturing full-spine or long-bone views, enhancing workflow efficiency and ensuring high-quality, consistent imaging results.
Outstanding Image Quality
DIAMOND delivers enhanced workflow, faster exams, and greater comfort through digital X-ray using a flat panel detector. The detector features a CsI screen that offers excellent spatial resolution, high MTF and DQE, and consistent performance with fine pixel pitch. For optimized dose control, a 3-field ion chamber is included to support the AEC function.

Its auto-positioning and synchronization functions help reduce setup time and operator effort, while the integrated RADMAX workstation supports image preview, generator control, collimation control, worklist management, and positioning from an intuitive user interface. Advanced imaging tools such as real-time image adjustment, bone suppression, scatter reduction, patient movement detection, and virtual AEC field display further enhance image quality and efficiency.
