Hydrolab Demineraliser R Series

The R demineralisers are units that combine the features of two series: Technical and Ultra in one system.
These units produce ultra-pure water that meets FP and PN-EN ISO 3696:1999 standards for the first purity class.

They are also equipped with advanced automation that allows the user to monitor performance, archive data, customise alarm levels for different water parameters, and control the function of automatic flushing of the membrane modules.

Furthermore, these systems have a number of protection devices for comfortable operation of the system.

Hydrolab Demineraliser Spring Series

SPRING demineralisers are tap water operated units, with enhanced features and advanced automation.
Similar to the HLP series, the SPRING systems produce water with a 0.055 μS/cm conductivity and thus meet the requirements of the standards: PN-EN ISO 3696:1999, ASTM, CLSI, FP.

These units are designed for more demanding users: equipped with advanced automation that monitors consumption, archives data and allows personalisation of alarms for feed water.

Depending on the model, the water obtained can be used for AAS, ICP/MS, IC, HPLC and GC analyses.
The source desalination units are equipped with a microprocessor control and measurement system that ensures that the desalination process is carried out correctly (automation C).

Hydrolab Water Purification System Technical Series

TECHNICAL demineralisers are widely used water purification systems that use tap water and retain 96-99% of dissolved organic and non-organic contaminants.
Fully automated and maintenance-free, equipped with a control and measurement system so that all phases of the water purification process can be monitored.
The water obtained complies with PN-EN ISO 3696:1999, ASTM, CLSI standards for third class water quality (depends on the quality of the tap water).

Perfect for dishwashers, analysers, autoclaves, environmental chambers chambers, water baths, HLP demineralisers.
With a suitable network, it is possible to supply several laboratories and floors in an entire building.

Hydrolab Water Purification System Ultra Series

Units that supply ultra-pure water that meets the PN-EN ISO 3696:1999 standard for the first purity class.

The system is fed from an external source with originally purified water that meets the requirements of purity class II or III according to PN-EN ISO 3696:1999.

The purification module is a fully automatic and maintenance-free system that is equipped with an automatic diagnostic function as standard.

Water purification stages (depending on the model), demineralisation and recirculation on a mixed ion exchanger (TOC), UV lamp, ultrafiltration, microfiltration (0.45/0.22 μm capsule).

Model ULTRA - unit equipped with a basic TOC module for ion exchange, photoxidation module 254 nm (185 nm lamp option) and a microfiltration capsule (0.45/0.2 μm) in the recirculation circuit.

Model ULTRA UV - unit equipped with a basic ion exchange TOC module, photooxidation UV module (185/254 nm) and a microfiltration capsule in the recirculation circuit 0.45/0.2 μm.

Model ULTRA UF - unit equipped with a basic ion exchange TOC module, ultrafiltration module, photooxidation module, UV module (185/254 nm) and a microfiltration capsule (0.45/0.2 μm) in the recirculation loop.
