The MediPro Medication Returns Book allows for the accurate recording of the controlled drugs for return, transfer or safe disposal within healthcare environments. This book allows each administrator to make a note of all essential information from the name of the home/establishment, the patient's name, drug name and type (with batch numbers and expiry dates) to the quantity to be disposed, returned to the pharmacy or transferred to avoid the risk of unused or expired drugs being kept on the premises.
