Advanced Cardiac Imaging

The addition of the M4S-RS array transducer enhances 2D imaging performance for adult cardiac examinations, helping clinicians obtain clearer and more detailed cardiac views.

Coded Harmonic Imaging further improves image quality by enhancing 2D, colour, and Doppler imaging performance. This supports better tissue definition, improved contrast resolution, and more reliable diagnostic interpretation.

Smart Workflow Tools

The Smart Depth function automatically adjusts key visualisation parameters, helping less experienced users achieve consistent image quality while allowing experienced operators to save time during examinations. This also supports better standardisation between different users.

Smart Stress improves stress echo workflow by reducing optimisation time and supporting reproducible analysis, assessment of regional myocardial contractility, and structured reporting.

Quantitative Clinical Decision Support

Auto EF Function

The Auto EF function assists with calculation of ejection fraction, one of the most commonly used parameters for evaluating left ventricular function.

Myocardial analysis and tracking to reduce dependence on manual border tracing
Automatic detection of end-systolic and end-diastolic frames
Faster and more consistent LV function assessment

Automated Function Imaging

Automated Function Imaging supports left ventricular function analysis by visualising myocardial shortening and lengthening along the long axis. It helps identify contraction patterns across myocardial segments and can assist in differentiating affected segments from healthy tissue.

This helps reduce variability in LV function assessment and supports more consistent clinical decision-making and workflow optimisation.

Tissue Velocity and Myocardial Motion Analysis

Tissue Velocity Imaging and Tissue Tracking display tissue velocity and myocardial displacement in the direction of the ultrasound beam. With high temporal resolution, these tools allow visualisation of short-term changes in myocardial motion and function.

Tissue Synchronisation Imaging

Tissue Synchronisation Imaging translates complex quantitative analysis into a clear visual display of mechanical synchrony across different myocardial segments. This supports easier interpretation of cardiac timing and contraction patterns.
