Rydel-Seiffer Tuning Fork for Neurologists
The Rydel-Seiffer tuning fork for neurologists from KaWe can be used to detect early damage to the nervous system or even hearing damage. Due to its removable dampers, it can produce two frequencies - c128 and c64 Hz. The patient's vibration sensation can be objectively measured by means of the scaling on the back of the dampers.
The tuning fork has a material thickness of approx. 8 mm and a length of approx. 24 cm. It is made of steel and nickel-plated. It also has a plastic base.
