ENVAIR Product protection workbench eco air H
ENVAIR eco air H cabinets are ''ISO Class 3'' horizontal laminar flow cabinets which represent far more economical and valid alternatives to clean-rooms, as they are capable of providing uncontaminated, particle-free and sterile conditions for materials in the work-space. They guarantee and maintain excellent product protection factors by offering a decontaminated working area by virtue of the G3 prefilter - and a HEPA filter with an efficiency exceeding 99,995 % MPPS (H14 - EN: 1822).
The ENVAIR eco air H horizontal laminar airflow cabinets have epoxy powder coated steel structures and an AISI 304L stainless steel working surface as standard.
ENVAIR eco air H LAF Cabinets have been adopted in use for product protection from airborne contamination or while handling non-pathogenic biological specimen in applications such as: Sterility Test, Microbiology, In Vitro Fertilization, Preparation of ophthalmic solutions, Preparation of culture media, Assembly of electronic devices, Nutritional Parenteral Therapy, Assembly of medical devices.
The ambient air is drawn in from the top through the upper part of the cabinet via a pre-filter and it then passes after filtration through a HEPA filter into the working area in a horizontal laminar air flow pattern and exhausted outside.
Anti bacterial coating
Each ENVAIR cabinet iscoated with exclusive DupontTMALESTA® anti-bacterial ''Ag+ cationsbased solution'', capable to prevent microbial contamination of surfaces thereby inhibiting long term surface growth.
Wall Side
Transparent side walls in safety glass and flexible frontal closure shutter (available as an option).
Standard outlets
An electric socket is standard with models H 1.2 m , H 1.5 and H 1.8 m.
UV sterilizing Lamp
UV sterilizing lamp available as added option - complete with a flexible front shutter in order to close the working area from dust
and for the safety of operators.
Features
Structure of the ENVAIR eco air H model horizontal LAF cabinets is in epoxy powder coated cold-rolled steel for excellent corrosion resistance to the attack by aggressive common chemicals. Alternatively special models made in AISI 304L stainless steel for superior cleanability are also available on demand. Membrane keyboard front panel with touchsensitive buttons for:
- main On/Off switch
- light
- power socket
- night mode and UV lamp
It is fitted with digital display for indicating air velocity, and the relevant alarms in case the cabinet is equipped with anemometer and automatic airflow control.
