SIZE - measure around the widest part of the ankle:

• REGULAR 10.5 - 11.5" (27-29cm)
• LARGE 11.5-12.5" (29-32cm) 

Wear instructions: Large strap wraps around the largest part of the ankle with soft tube at the back.  Secure remaining strap around the foot.  Adjust tension to requirements and secure with Velcro.

WEAR INSTRUCTIONS: Undo strap and place sleeve onto upper forearm 2-3" (50-75mm) below elbow (care label away from hand).  Adjust tension as reqiured and secure with velcro.
