This laboratory table-top refrigerator with explosion-proof interior was specially developed for the storage of explosive and highly flammable substances.
Among other things, it fulfils EU Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX) and also offers maximum temperature stability, efficiency and user-friendliness.

Compliance with the ATEX Directive: Laboratory appliances from Liebherr comply with EN/IEC 60079-0 and EN-IEC 60079-7 and fulfil the EU Directive 2014/34/EU (''ATEX Directive'').
Due to the classification of the interior according to II 3 G Ex ec IIC T6 (declared as zone 22), they are suitable for flammable substances in closed containers that could form explosive atmospheres.

+2 °C SafetyDevice: If the temperature falls below +2 °C at a temperature setting of +5 °C or warmer in the event of a fault, the SafetyDevice takes over control.
It stabilises the temperature, activates the alarm and protects the contents from freezing.
At colder settings, this activation threshold decreases in relation to the temperature setting.
