DEN-600 is a compact, portable, rechargeable, battery-operated photometer.
DEN-600 consists of an optical system with a wavelength of 600 nm, which can be used for the following:
1) OD600 method to estimate the total number of cells,
2) McFarland (McF) turbidity measurement method,
3) Bradford protein assay method to measure protein concentration.
The instrument serves as a cost-effective alternative to a spectrophotometer commonly used for these applications.
Because DEN-600 is battery-powered and compact, it can be conveniently placed in a biosafety cabinet, an anaerobic chamber or quickly moved to another laboratory space. S-Bt Smart Biotherm is designed for work in the areas of cell biology (operations with animal cell cultures and tissues), molecular biology (DNA-RNA reaction analysis, hybridization reactions), biotechnology (synthesis of target proteins and other molecules), immunology (synthesis of antibodies and other proteins of immune system).
Unit provides a six-sided heating: the heating elements are located on the walls and on the door, thus providing excellent uniform temperature distribution, regardless of external factors, such as ambient temperature and positioning of the device.

Yes, this is possible without any problems. Just make sure you have sufficient power capacity and a functioning exhaust air or room ventilation system if several appliances are running.
Is a filter change necessary
The patented UV recirculation fan sterilises the air without the need for traditional HEPA or activated carbon filters. Maintenance costs are mainly limited to changing the lamps at the end of their service life.
How often does the UV lamp need to be changed?
