SG-2000 to SG-6200
These high quality 1.4404 stainless steel deionizers can be operated at pressures of up to 10 bar. They are significantly more resistant to mechanical stress than conventional glass fiber reinforced plastic cartridges. EVOQUA Water Technologies has optimized the water flow to ensure that the resin bed can be used to its full capacity. The deionizers are available with the proven stainless steel quick-fit couplers or with 3/4" threaded connectors. The quick-fit couplers are, of course, available for conversion or retrofitting to an existing system.
SG-7000 to SG-15000
These deionizers are designed to meet larger demands for deionized water as it is often the case in industrial applications. The water distribution has been optimized to ensure full use of the resin bed; the typical compressive resistance of up to 10 bar is standard. One can order the system either with 1 1/4" threaded input and output connectors or the practical stainless steel quick-fit input and output connectors.
Evoqua LaboStar PRO and PRO TWF ultrapure water system
LaboStar PRO system
Cost-effective solution for the production of analysis-pure water. Small footprint
This extremely compact ultrapure water system can be used on laboratory benches.
The water produced by this system has a conductivity of 0.055 µS/cm (equivalent to 18.2 MΩ-cm) and an organic carbon (TOC) content below 10 ppb.
The water produced by the ultraviolet (UV) version has a TOC value of 1-5 ppb.
This water quality exceeds all relevant standards including ASTM Type I, CLSI (Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute) and ISO 3696 Type I.
Deionised water or permeate water from a reverse osmosis unit is used as feed water for the LaboStar system.
In LaboStar 2 and 4 units, the selection of treatment materials in conjunction with DI post-purification modules ensures that the highest quality standards of product water are maintained.
The purity of the product water is continuously monitored using a conductivity meter in the recirculation section.
Bacteria and endotoxins are removed by a positively charged 0.2 µm sterile filter on the dispenser.
In this way, pure water with an endotoxin value of less than 0.001 EU/ml can be produced without additional investment in an expensive ultrafilter.
A non-charged 0.2 µm sterile filter is also available.
The LaboStar 4 system is a mobile tabletop unit with an integrated tank for direct manual filling with feed water.
LaboStar systems are delivered ready to use, including the first module and filter set.

The user can either draw type III water from the integrated 7 L storage tank or type I water from the dispenser with a conductivity of 0.055 µS/cm, corresponding to 18.2 MΩ-cm and with an organic carbon (TOC) content between 1 and 10 ppb, depending on the system type.
The quality of the RO water is also displayed.
The LaboStar PRO TWF unit can produce small quantities of analysis-pure water at low cost.
The water quality exceeds all relevant standards including ASTM Type I, CLSI and ISO 3696 Type I.
The system can be upgraded with a 30 L or 60 L tank.
- Can be upgraded with 30 L or 60 L tank, manual withdrawal via dispenser.
- Delivers 2 water qualities: Type III from the storage tank and type I from the dispenser

Evoqua reverse osmosis cabinet systems Protegra CSTM
A CONVINCING PERFORMANCE MULTI-PURPOSE PURITY - REVERSE OSMOSIS EQUIPMENT
Laboratory, medical and industrial applications all need pure water in various qualities and quantities.
The Protegra CSTM RO Series produces pure water for a wide variety of applications by reversing the natural osmosis process to deionize water in an environmentally friendly manner. Pure water produced via reverse osmosis can be put to a number of uses in laboratories - for rinsing laboratory glassware or as feed water to autoclaves, climatized cabinets and ultrapure water systems.
The Protegra CSTM RO Series focuses on economic efficiency, combining a compact design with high quality components and intelligent controls. The quality of the pure water produced depends on the quality of the inlet water entering the system.
Protegra CSTM RO Series
The Protegra CSTM RO Series series is designed to produce large amounts of purified water with conductivity values depending on the salt content of the feed water (for example 1000 µS/cm tap water quality < 20 µS/cm product water). The deionizaton rate is at least 98%. Additional equipment, such as different tank sizes and pressure pumps, can be added to the plant according to customers? individual needs. The system can, for instance, be set up as a central water treatment plant with in a building and supplemented with accessories to form a closed circuit pipeline. All systems are equipped with an RS 232 interface. We would be happy to recommend the right system for you!
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS Protegra CSTM RO Series
- Feed for laboratory ultrapure water systems
- general chemistry
- laboratory washing machines
- water for autoclaves and environmental chambers
- buffer preparation
Evoqua Ultra ClearTM RO
ALL NEEDS IN ONE SIZE
The Ultra ClearTM RO Series System produces high quality water with very low energy consumption. The use of "low energy" membranes provide very efficient and economical operation. High quality material standards guarantee long service life.
The Ultra ClearTM RO Series System uses the newest pump technology, which runs without the traditional e-motor, and operates nearly noiseless. Due to an integrated automatic membrane rinse cycle, in many cases, the systems can operate on untreated city water. Recovery rates up to 75% are possible with optional water softening.
Product water recovery is set up to an astounding 50 % from the factory, therefore, Ultra ClearTM RO Series Systems also conserve water. Storage tanks help for the RO systems to provide additional water volume during times of high demand.
The storage tank can also be used to supply water for other lab equipment. The storage tank allows higher volumes of water to be used for short periods that would otherwise be limited to the RO system production rate. A storage tank basically guarantees that water is available when needed. The proper storage tank size and system configuration will be recommended based on application and water volume requirements to ensure optimum service from the equipment.
Standard tanks are available in 30, 60 and 80 liter sizes. Optional tanks of up to 3,000 liters are also available. All systems display inlet and product water quality. The salt reduction rate will be shown in percentage. Most systems on the market have less than 20 % recovery rate. Automatic, user-friendly maintenance alerts notify the operator when system service is required.

Evoqua LaboStarTM TWF
FROM TAP TO ULTRAPURE WATER - ONLY ONE INNOVATIVE STEP
The LaboStarTM TWF systems produce ultrapure water straight from your drinking water supply. This equipment incorporates a pre-filtration unit and a reverse osmosis membrane in one single compact module. The Type III quality reading of the reverse osmosis water appears in the display. The pure water collects in an integrated tank and is finally circulated through the polishing module by a circulation pump. The user can extract either Type III water from the tank or Type I water from the dispenser with a quality of 0.055 µS/cm, equivalent to 18.2 M Ohm- cm, and TOC of between 1 and 10 ppb, depending on the system type. The functional designed LaboStar equipment can cost-effectively produce even small amounts of analytical-grade water. The water quality exceeds all relevant standards including ASTM Type I, CLSI and ISO 3696 Type I.
A conductivity sensor constantly measures the product water purity in the recirculation loop. A charged 0.2 µm sterile filter at the dispenser removes bacteria and endotoxins, eliminating the need for an ultra filter. An uncharged 0.2 µm final filter is also available.
