Nabertherm High Temperature Furnace with Lightweight Refractory Brick Insulation HFL 16/16 - HFL 160/17
This series is characterised in particular by its lining with robust lightweight refractory bricks. This design is recommended when aggressive gases or acids are generated during the process, e.g. when melting glass.
Standard design as HT high temperature furnaces (see below), but
- Tmax 1600 °C or 1700 °C
- Robust lightweight refractory brick insulation with special back insulation
- Masonry furnace floor made of lightweight refractory bricks to support high charge weights
- NTLog Basic for Nabertherm controller: recording of process data with USB stick
Additional equipment
- Unregulated or regulated cooling system with frequency-controlled cooling fan and motorised exhaust air flap
- Furnace in DB version with fresh air preheating, exhaust fan and comprehensive safety package for debinding and sintering in one process, i.e. without transferring the product from the debinding furnace to the sintering furnace
- Exhaust bonnets made of stainless steel
- Special heating elements for sintering zirconium oxide with longer service life with regard to chemical interactions between product and heating elements
- Protective gas connection for purging the furnace with non-flammable protective or reaction gases
- Manual or automatic gas supply system
- Process insert box to improve gas tightness and protect the oven chamber against contamination
- Lift door
- Motor-driven exhaust air flap, switchable via the programme
- Thermal or catalytic exhaust gas cleaning systems
- Process control and documentation via VCD software package or Nabertherm Control Center NCC for monitoring, documentation and control
Standard design HT high-temperature furnace:
- Double-walled housing construction with fan cooling, thus low outer wall temperature
- Heating from both sides via molybdenum disilicide heating elements
- Side insulation, constructed of tongue and groove blocks, ensures low heat loss to the outside
- Durable ceiling insulation with special suspension
- Parallel swing door with chain guide for defined opening and closing of the door
- Double door design (front/rear) for high-temperature ovens > HT 276/..
- Labyrinth seal ensures lowest possible temperature losses in the door area
- Exhaust air opening in the furnace ceiling
- Control of the heating elements via thyristors
